Return & Refunds

Returns must be made within 21 days of receiving your order. After registering your return, please drop it off at a locker or parcel shop within 5 working days. Returns outside of this time frame may be sent back to you.

Items being returned must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for items with signs of aftershave, makeup, body odors, or cigarette smoke. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and sent back to you.

Our return process typically takes up to 10 working days after we receive the returned items. We aim to process returns as quickly as possible.
